团队领导意愿的溢出效应——跨专业综合实验课程多维数据的方差比较分析

摘要 管理类跨专业综合实验课程解决传统教学重理论轻实践的不足,培养学生创新能力和综合能力,成为越来越多高校实验课程设计趋势。探讨团队领导意愿与学习态度、学习行为和学习效果的内在影响机制对于课程开发尤为重要。本文运用SPSS软件进行了因子分析和方差分析,得到意愿对于学习态度、学习行为和学习效果具有显著正向影响。最后,本文基于团队领导意愿的溢出效应,提出管理类跨专业综合实验课程教学开展建议。 The interdisciplinary comprehensive experimental course in management has become the designing trend of more and more college experimental courses in order to solve the deficiency that traditional teaching attaches more importance to theory than practice, and to cultivate students' innovative ability and comprehensive ability. It is important to explore the internal influence of team leadership, learning attitudes, learning behaviors and learning effects for the development of courses. This paper uses SPSS software to analyze factor analysis and analysis of variance, and it has a significant positive effect on learning attitude, learning behavior and learning effect. Finally, based on the spillover effect of team leadership intention, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the teaching of interdisciplinary comprehensive experimental course in management.
