多角度宣教在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼依从性的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨多角度宣教在提高偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼依从性的应用效果。方法选取脑卒中偏瘫患者100例分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用多角度进行宣教,随访3个月,比较2组肢体功能锻炼依从性、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评分和Barthel指数。结果出院3个月后,观察组肢体功能锻炼依从性、FMA评分和Barthel指数均显著高于对照组(Z=-4.822,P<0.001;t=26.488,P<0.001;t=16.607,P<0.001)。结论多角度宣教有利于提高脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼依从性,提高患者肢体运动功能和生活自理能力,同时能节约护理人员宣教时间,提高健康教育质量。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-angle health education on improving the compliance of doing limb function exercise in hemiplegic patients. Methods A total of 100 post-stroke hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 50. Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with multi-angle health education. Both groups were followed for 3 months, and their compliance of doing physical exercises, the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) score and Barthel index were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of doing physical exercise, FMA score and Barthel index of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( Z=-4.822,P〈0.001; t=26.488,P〈0.001; t=16.607,P 〈0.001). Conclusion Multi-angle health education can help improve the compliance of doing limb function exercise to promote limb movement function and self-care ability of hemiplegic patients, as well as save nurses′ working time and improve the quality of health education.
