摘要
目的探讨品管圈在糖尿病患者低血糖健康教育管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1-5月的420例糖尿病患者为对照组,选取2017年1-5月的520例糖尿病患者为观察组。2组患者均给予常规的治疗与护理,观察组应用品管圈进行管理。比较2组患者低血糖发生率、患者满意度及平均住院日。结果观察组低血糖发生率为10.9‰,明显低于对照组的15.2‰(χ2=50.197,P<0.001),患者满意度明显高于对照组(t=40.441,P<0.001),平均住院日明显少于对照组(t=22.990,P<0.001)。结论品管圈应用于糖尿病患者低血糖管理中可有效降低低血糖发生率,保证患者安全,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of health education and nursing care of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients through the activities of quality control circle (QCC). Methods A total of 520 diabetic patients treated between January and May 2017 were selected into the observation group, while 420 treated in the first five months of 2016 were chosen into the control group. Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing, while the observation group was managed using QCC. The incidence of hypoglycemia, the hospitalization days and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia of the observation group was 10.9‰, significantly lower than the control group of 15.2‰ ( χ^2=50.197, P 〈0.001). The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( t=40.441, P 〈0.001), while the hospitalization stay of the former was significantly shorter than the latter ( t=22.990, P 〈0.001). Conclusion QCC activities can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients, ensure the safety and improve satisfaction of patients.
