短语提炼式优品创新护理在胰腺癌手术患者中的应用

Effects of quality product innovation nursing based on phrase-extracted in patients with pancreatic cancer

目的探讨短语提炼式优品创新护理在胰腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年5月接受胰腺癌根治切除术的34例患者为对照组,选取2016年6月-2017年12月接受胰腺癌根治切除术的患者34例作为实验组,对照组接受胰腺癌手术常规护理,实验组接受短语提炼式优品创新护理干预,比较2组护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果干预后,实验组空肠造瘘管堵管率、非计划拔管率均低于对照组(χ2=4.570,P=0.033;χ2=4.610,P=0.032)、平均住院日与术后平均住院日显著低于对照组(t=-16.616,P<0.001;t=-21.584,P<0.001),患者对护理服务创新性与创优性满意度评分显著高于对照组(t=13.939,P<0.001;t=13.969,P<0.001)。结论采用短语提炼式优品创新护理对胰腺癌手术患者进行干预,可显著提高胰腺癌手术患者的例护理质量,促进患者康复,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of applying the innovation nursing based on phrase-extracted products in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods Thirty-four patients undergoing pancreatic cancer between January 2015 and May 2016 were selected into the control group and given routine nursing, while another 34 counterparts treated between June 2016 and December 2017 were chosen into the experimental group and provided with nursing based on phrase- extracted. The nursing results and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The failure fistula tube plugging rate, the unplanned extubation rate, the hospital stay and the hospital stay after the operation of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The patients′ satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The innovation nursing based on phrase-extracted can significantly improve the nursing quality and safety of the patients with pancreatic cancer, promoting their recovery and satisfaction.
