摘要
开展研究生助管工作是培养研究生综合能力的重要途径之一。本文以江苏科技大学分析测试中心跨学科研究生助管为研究对象,结合目前中心的运行现状和跨学科研究生的特点,从优化岗位聘任机制、加强岗位培训、规范考核制度和加大工作经费与奖惩力度等四个方面提出了具有针对性的建议与举措。
The development of postgraduate management-assistants is one of the ways to train the abilities. Taking the interdisciplinary-postgraduate management-assistants in analysis and test center of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as the research object, this paper provides some suggestions and measures in view of the current status of center and the characteristic of interdisciplinary-postgraduates, including the employment mechanism, strengthening job-training, standardizing evaluation system as well as increasing work-funds and rewards and punishments.
