民办高校教师信息化教学能力提升策略研究

Study on the Promotion strategy of information-based teaching ability Teachers of private college

本文通过问卷调查了解到当前民办高校教师信息化教学意识较强但能力不足的现状,分析了影响高校教师信息化教学能力的主客观因素,并从高校教师自身和学校层面提出了民办高校教师信息化教学能力的提升路径。

Through the questionnaire survey, this paper investigatesthe current situation that teachers in private colleges who have strong awareness of information-based teaching but lack of ability. Then the thesis analyzes the subjective and objective factors that influence teachers ＇ information-based teaching ability in colleges. At last, the paper puts forward the strategy of improving teachers ＇ information-based teaching ability from the perspective of teachers themselves and schools.
