摘要
在职业教育中培育学生的工匠精神,是当前经济转型升级发展的需要,是职业教育内涵式发展的需要,也是高职学生个人职业发展的需要。职业院校应将工匠精神的培育融入到学校办学理念、目标定位、培养方案、教学过程等各个环节,探索职业教育中工匠精神培育路径,全面提高技能人才培养质量,为经济社会发展提供具有工匠精神人才支撑的同时,实现职业院校自身可持续健康发展。
Cultivating the craftsman spirit of students in vocational education is the need of economic transformation and upgrading, the need of connotation development of vocational education and the need of personal professional development of vocational students. Vocational colleges and universities should integrate the cultivation of artisan spirit into all aspects of school philosophy, goal orientation, training plan, and teaching process, explore the path of artisan spirit cultivation in vocational education, and improve the quality of skills training in an all-round way. While providing the support of artisan spirit talents for economic and social development, vocational colleges and universities can achieve their own sustainable and healthy development.
