红外光谱技术对牛胰岛素纤维化的研究

摘要 以胰岛素为模型蛋白,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪,在线监测胰岛素分子体系的动态变化,研究金属离子对蛋白质结构的影响。通过加入金属离子测量不同条件下蛋白质分子的重叠,获得其对沉积的速率和沉积产物结构特征的影响。共分如下两个侧面进行了测量和分析:不同金属离子对胰岛素蛋白聚集动力学的影响;不同离子强度对胰岛素蛋白聚集动力学的影响。 Using the insulin as the model protein, the Fu Liye transform infrared spectrometer was used to monitor the dynamic changes of insulin molecular system on line, and the influence of metal ions on the structure of protein was studied. By adding metal ions to measure the overlap of protein molecules under different conditions, we can get the effect on the deposition rate and the structure characteristics of the product. The effects of different metal ions on the aggregation kinetics of Insulin protein and the effect of different ionic strength on the aggregation kinetics of Insulin protein were measured and analyzed in two aspects.
