摘要
当前在部分高校向应用型办学转型的进程中,应用型高校教师尤其是青年教师更要把握转型的特点,完善自身的专业知识体系,提升科研产出能力,不断契合学校的发展需求。针对应用型本科高校青年教师科研能力影响因素有诸多方面,本文根据应用型本科高校的转型特点,结合青年教师科研能力的影响因素,选取5个二级指标,19个三级指标,基于层次分析法构建了应用型本科高校青年教师科研能力影响因素评价体系,对青年教师的科研能力有效提升进行了定性与定量研究。
College teachers, especially young college teachers should know transition characters of application colleges,complete professional knowledge hierarchy, improve capabilities of scientific research to suit development of colleges. In allusion to this case, this article extracts some substantive characteristics of capacity of scientific research in application colleges, uses 5 grade II indicators, 19 grade III indicators to rebuilt evaluation systems for capacity of scientific research in application colleges based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), and makes further analysis of the results of evaluation.
