摘要
浮游植物群落结构的不同导致其在海洋生态系统和物质循环过程中作用不同,因此对其的分析研究具有重要的意义。本文利用CHEMTAX软件对2005年6月和2006年6月和2006年9月东中国海表层高效液相色谱数据(HPLC)经行分析,得到两年浮游植物类群生物量,结果发现两年里东中国海浮游植物类群构成基本相同,都是以硅藻为主,定鞭金藻和绿藻其次,硅藻占绝对优势。
Different phytoplankton community structure leads to different functions in Marine ecosystem and material circulation, so it is of great significance to its analysis and research. The surface HPLC data of June 2005 and June2006 and September 2006 in the east China seas were analyzed by CHEMTAX software, we get two years of phytoplankton biomass. The result show : The phytoplankton composition of the east China seas was basically the same in two years, diatoms were the dominant species, followed by prymnesiophytes and chlorella, diatoms have an absolute advantage.
