热采井小套管修套工艺技术研究

摘要 随着吞吐轮次的增加,稠油热采井套管损坏问题突出,影响了储量动用,造成了资源浪费,成为制约油田稳产和高效开发的不利因素。套损特征向损坏程度严重、多处套损方向发展,原有的套管补贴技术、化学封堵技术已不能适应目前套损井修复治理需要。为此,开发配套了小套管修套及相关配套工艺技术,形成了针对不同套损程度的小套管修套工艺技术,现场应用效果表明,小套管修套工艺技术工艺简单、成功率高、有效期长,有效解决了热采井套损治理问题。 with the increase of huff and puff rotation, the problem of casing damage in heavy oil thermal recovery well is prominent, which affects the utilization of reserves, resulting in the waste of resources, which has become an unfavorable factor restricting the stable production and efficient development of oil fields. The damage of casing characterized by serious damage degree and multiple damages. The existing technology such as casing subsidization and chemical plugging can not meet the needs of the repair and treatment of the casing damage well. Therefore, small-sized casing repairing and related supporting technology are developed, and the small-sized casing repairing technology to different damages is formed. The field application show that the small-sized casing repairing technology is simple with high success rate and long effective period, which effectively solves the repairing problem of the casing damage of the thermal recovery well.
