山东省建筑工地人群吸烟状况及其影响因素研究

Study on Smoking Status and Its Influencing Factors Among Construction Site Workers in Shandong Province

目的了解山东省建筑工地人群的吸烟状况及其影响因素,为制定控烟干预策略提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,抽取山东省内建筑工地相关人员进行问卷调查。结果女性、中西部地区、更好的受教育程度、45~54岁年龄组人群吸烟的风险较低;丧偶或离异人群、中等收入人群(月收入3,001~8,000元)、从事建筑工作10年以上人群吸烟的风险较高。结论应有针对性的对丧偶或离异人群、中等收入人群(月收入3,001~8,000元)、从事建筑工作10年以上的山东省建筑工地人群加强控烟干预。

Objective To understand the smoking current status and its influencing factors among the population at construction sites in Shandong Province, and to provide scientific basis for formulating smoking control intervention strategies. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among construction site staff in Shandong Province by convenient sampling. Results The risks of smoking were lower among women, people in middle and Western regions, people with higher educate level, people aged 45 to 54; the risks of smoking were higher among widowed or divorced people, middle-income people with a monthly income of 3,001-8,000 yuan, and people who have been engaged in construction work for more than 10 years. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen education and other intervention measures for the widowed or divorced people, middle-income people with a monthly income of 3,001-8,000 yuan, and people who have been engaged in construction work for more than 10 years.
