利用微信平台传播一种金山方言健康教育视频的效果评估

Effectiveness Evaluation of a Health Education Video by Dialect of Jinshan District Based on WeChat Platform

目的利用微信平台传播一种自主开发的方言健康教育视频材料,并进行效果评估,为特色健康传播材料和途径的开发和应用提供思路。方法通过微信平台与金山方言健康教育视频同步进行传播,利用问卷星网站发布网络调查问卷以收集评估数据。结果评估调查收集有效问卷2,750份,30岁及以下人群占比72.8%,完整观看视频人群占比73.5%。观看过视频的人对材料总体平均评分为85.02分,其中,完整观看人群总评分明显高于部分观看人群,女性高于男性,年龄≤30岁人群高于>30岁人群。全部被调查者对活动形式的喜爱程度的平均评分高达8.64分。结论微信平台观众对此自主开发材料各方面的认可度尚可。人群对材料认可度与其观看程度之间有密切联系。利用微信公众平台这种网络媒体的传播特点,借力本土地域文化的传播优势,让健康教育工作融合地方特色,是一种值得深入探索的健康教育新方式。

Objective A self-developed dialect health education video material is disseminated on the platform of WeChat, and the effect is evaluated, which provides ideas for the development and application of characteristic health communication materials and channels.. Methods Through WeChat platform and Jinshan dialect health education video synchronous transmission, questionnaires were distributed to the website to collect assessment data. Results Among the 2,750 valid questionnaires collected, 72.8% were aged 30 and under, and full viewing video crowd accounted for 73.5%. The average score of the people who watched the video was 85.02. Among them, the total score of the people who watched the video was significantly higher than that of some people; women were higher than men, and people under 30 years old were higher than those over 30 years old. The average score of all respondents’ activity level was 8.64 points. Conclusion The audience of WeChat platform can approve the development of materials independently. There is a close relationship between the degree of acceptance and the degree of viewing. It is a new way of health education worthy of further exploration to make use of the characteristics of WeChat public platform, which is a kind of network media, and to make use of the advantages of local regional culture to integrate health education with local characteristics.
