社区儿童家长留观室预防接种健康教育短期效果评价

Evaluation of the Short-term Effect of Vaccination Health Education for Parents of Children in Observing Room of Community

目的了解家长预防接种知识影响因素及干预效果。方法自行设计预防接种知识评价问卷,对前来预防接种的儿童家长分别在健康教育前后进行问卷调查。利用接种后的30 min留观时间对家长开展预防接种健康教育。结果调查儿童家长855名。儿童家长预防接种知识的具备情况分析显示男性与女性知识具备率无显著性差异,而年龄和文化程度对知识具备率有显著性影响。经过健康教育后,儿童家长对预防接种知识具备率有了显著的提高。结论对社区儿童家长进行预防接种知识的评价及健康教育应成为预防接种工作的重要组成部分,并重点做好低文化程度、年龄较大家长的预防接种知识的健康教育工作。留观期健康教育是提高儿童家长预防接种知识的有效方法。

Objective To understand the influencing factors and intervention effects of parents＇ knowledge of vaccination at the present stage. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the knowledge of vaccination. The parents of children who came to the vaccination were investigated before and after health education. During the period, health education on vaccination of 30 minutes were been carried out for parents. Results There was no significant difference in the knowledge acquisition rate between male and female parents. Age and education had significant influence on the knowledge acquisition rate. After health education, the parents’ knowledge rate of vaccination was be improved significantly. Conclusion The evaluation and health education of inoculation knowledge for parents of children in community should be an important part of the work of inoculation, and the health education of inoculation knowledge for parents with lower education level and older age should be done well. Health education during the observation period is an effective way to improve knowledge of vaccination for parents of children.
