基于AHP的皖北酿酒技艺类非物质文化遗产价值评估研究

摘要 酿酒技艺在我国传承历史悠久,作为非物质文化遗产大家族中的一员,具有丰厚的人文历史底蕴及巨大的经济文化价值。本文基于德菲尔法和层次分析法(D-AHP),建立酿酒技艺类非物质文化遗产价值评估体系,对皖北地区8项进入省级非物质文化遗产名录的酿酒技艺,从历史价值、文化价值、社会价值、经济价值和审美价值五个维度进行定量价值评估,提出此类非物质文化遗产在今后的保护和开发中应当注意的关键性问题,为皖北非物质文化遗产中的酿酒文化寻找新时代背景下的传承保护出路,为地域特色浓郁的非物质文化遗产保护管理提供思路借鉴与理论参考。 Wine-making skills inheritance has a long history in our country, as a member of the intangible cultural heritage family, and has the rich cultural history background and incomparable economic and cultural value. Based on the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(D-AHP), this paper establishes a value assessment system for the intangible cultural heritage of wine making skills and carries out quantitative value assessment on eight intangible cultural heritage programs in Northern Anhui province, from the five dimensions of historical value, cultural value, social value, economic value and aesthetic value. Then we put forward the key issues that should be paid attention to in the future protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage, and to find the inheritance and protection of the cultural heritage of the non-material cultural heritage in Northern Anhui, which could provide ideas and theoretical reference for the protection and management of intangible cultural heritage with strong regional characteristics.
