基于DEA-Malmquist的文化制造业全要素生产率评价

Evaluation of Total Factor Productivity of China's Cultural Manufacturing Industry

本文运用DEA-Malmquist指数法选取、测算了2012-2016年间24个省、自治区、直辖市的文化制造业全要素生产率、技术效率、规模效率、纯技术效率和技术进步。结果表明,我国文化制造业全要素生产率提高较缓慢,全要素生产率的增加主要依赖于技术效率,技术进步有待提高;省际全要素生产率存在差异;四大区域发展不协调,东部地区全要素生产率虽达到DEA有效,但增加缓慢,中西部东北地区均未达到DEA有效。在此基础上,提出了相应对策与建议。

In this paper,we use DEA-Malmquist index method to calculate total factor productivity,technical efficiency,scale efficiency,pure technical efficiency and technological progress of 24 province,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2012 to 2016. The research shows that the total factor productivity of China's cultural manufacturing industry increases slowly, the increase of total factor productivity mainly depends on technical efficiency and technological progress needs to be improved. There are differences in total factor productivity between provincial. The four regions are uncoordinated, although the total factor productivity in the eastern region reaches to DEA, the increasing is slow, the northeastern and central regions in the central and western regions have not reached the DEA. The corresponding countermeasures and proposals are offered based on empirical research.
