摘要
目前,河南省属各高等师范院校实施的语文教育教学"双导师制",有效地解决了传统教师教育中出现的理论导师和实践导师相分离的问题,但与中小学的语文教育教学的实际需求还存在一定的距离。高师院校还需要以"双导师制"为依托,对语文教育实践课程体系及教学内容予以全面优化。
Currently,the"duo-tutorial system"of language education and teaching which is implemented in normal colleges and universities in He'nan province has effectively solved the problem of the separation of theoretical and practical tutors in the traditional teacher education.However,there is still a certain distance from the practical needs of the language education teaching in primary and secondary schools.So,in the aspect of language education,normal colleges and universities also need to optimize the practice course system and teaching contents base on the"duo-tutorial system".
