PFNA内固定与人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的效果对比分析

Comparative analysis of PFNA internal fixation and artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients

目的对比PFNA内固定与人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法选取2015年1月2日~2016年2月1日本院收拾的108例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。观察组实施PFNA内固定治疗,对照组实施人工股骨头置换术治疗,观察比较两组高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗效果、完全负重时间、出血量以及手术时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的79.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者完全负重时间(20.12±20.15)d、出血量(105.12±52.14)ml以及手术时间(46.28±6.15)min均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施PFNA内固定治疗,取得显著效果,值得应用。

Objective To compare the efficacy of PFNA internal fixation and artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. Methods Atotal of 108 elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures collected between January 2, 2015 and February 1, 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with PFNA fixation, and the control group was treated with artificial femoral head replacement. The treatment effects, complete weight-bearing time, blood loss, and operation time were compared between the two groups of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients was 94.44%, which was higher than that of the control group （79.63%）, and the difference was statistically significroat （P〈0.05）; the time of the complete observation group was （20.12±20.15）d and the amount of bleeding was （105.12±52.14） ml and operation time （46.28±6.15） min were superior to those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture PFNA internal fixation, and achieved significant results, it is worth applying.
