摘要
目的分析项目式教学联合情景模拟教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用。方法选取2016年3月~2017年12月我院手术室护理专业的实习生120名作为研究对象。按照随机数字法的方式将120名实习生划分为实验组(n=60)与常规组(n=60)。常规组采取传统带教方式,实验组采取项目式教学联合情景模拟教学法带教模式。探讨和对比两组实习生在研究结束后的考试成绩以及两组实习生对教学、管理方法的满意度。结果实验组实习生的实践(90.10±8.10)分、理论(92.11±8.11)分,平均成绩均明显超过了2015年实习生的实践(68.78±6.51)分、理论(70.54±7.51)分,两项平均成绩数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过不同的教学、管理后,实验组师生对教学、管理方式的总满意率(95.00%)显著高于常规组(83.33%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论项目式教学联合情景模拟教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用价值显著,可以显著提升实习生护理操作能力,对于实习生的多元化能力有着较为突出的培养作用,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the application of project-based teaching combined with situational simulation teaching method in nursing teaching in operating room. Methods 120 nursing interns from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects. 120 interns were divid- ed into experimental group (n =60) and conventional group (n =60) according to random number method. The conventional group adopted the tradi- tional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the project-based teaching combined with situational simulation teaching method. To explore and compare the test results of two groups of interns after the study and their satisfaction with teaching and management methods. Results The average scores of practice (90.10±8.10) and theory (92.11±8.11) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of practice (68.78 ±6.51) and theory (70.54±7.51) in 2015. The difference between the two average scores was significant (P〈0.05). After teaching and management, the total satisfaction rate of teachers and students in the experimental group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (83.33%), and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Project-based teaching combined with situational simulation teaching method is of great value in operating room nursing teaching. It can significantly improve the nursing operation ability of interns, and has a prominent role in cultivating the diversified ability of interns. It is worth popularizing and applying.
