“一带一路”倡议下来华留学生专业教育体系研究

A Study on the Educational System of International Students in China under “the Belt and Road”Initiative

中国与"一带一路"沿线国家在专业教育领域的交流合作是推动"一带一路"倡议的重要实践方式与突破点,但多年来由于各国在产业环境、教育理念、课程组织方式等方面存在着明显差异,我国各高校的来华留学生专业教育体系普遍面临着挑战,主要表现在生源复杂性增加,师资力量与学生需求不匹配,高校教学目标不够明确等方面。因此,我国高校应面向"一带一路"倡议,主动面对留学生教育中的困境与挑战,从培养理念、培养内容、培养能力、培养机制等层面进行来华留学生培养模式的变革,通过因材施教、加强师生交流、扩大对外交流渠道和定向培养专业化人才等举措,进一步推进我国高等教育国际化的发展。

The exchange and cooperation in professional education between China and other countries along＂the Belt and Road＂is an important practice and a great breakthrough to promote ＂the Belt and Road＂initiative. However,due to their difference in industrial environment, education concept and course organization, the professional education for international students in China face many challenges,such as the increasing complexity of students’ source,mismatch between the students’ demands and the actual situation of faculty,and unclear teaching objectives in colleges and universities. Therefore,under ＂the Belt and Road ＂initiative,colleges and universities in China should face the difficulties and challenges in the education regarding international students,and reform its training model from the aspects of concepts,content,competence and mechanism in order to promote the development of the internationalization of higher education in China through the efforts of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, strengthening the communication between teachers and students, expanding external channels of communication and providing training to selected students.
