肺癌肿瘤干细胞耐药机制的研究进展

摘要 肺癌是发病率和死亡率均很高的恶性肿瘤之一,基于铂类的化疗仍然是肺癌的一线化疗方案,而肿瘤细胞耐药性是肺癌化疗的主要障碍。肿瘤干细胞(CSC)在肿瘤形成、进展、转移以及耐药等方面都起着重要的作用。传统的细胞毒性化疗方案可以杀死大部分肿瘤细胞,但对CSC却疗效甚微。目前研究发现了肺癌CSC的一些表面标志物在耐药过程中起到了重要作用,由此明确CSC导致耐药的具体机制,可以为临床治疗提供新的策略和方法。 Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor with high incidence and poor prognosis. Platinum-based chemotherapy is the first line therapy of lung cancer, but drug resistance has become a main obstacle in the treatment of lung cancer. Cancer stem cells (CSC) play important roles on the progression, metastasis and drug resistance of cancer. Cytotoxic chemotherapy can kill most cancer cells, but has less efficacy on CSCs. It has confirmed that some markers on lung CSCs have important roles in drug resistance. Therefore, it is of great importance to define the mechanisms underlying drug resistance and lung CSCs, and to provide new therapeutic strategies for clinical treatment.
