On Dredging of Ideological and Political Education

疏导是思想政治教育的基本方针。疏导在新时代继承了我们党正确处理人民内部矛盾的优良传统,凸显了思想政治教育立德树人的目标和任务,通过疏导,思想矛盾得以化解,思想渠道得以畅通。疏导主体与对象、成分、介体、催化剂构成疏导的内在结构。坚持正确的政治方向,坚持理论联系实际,综合运用多种学科理论及方法密切结合对象思想矛盾,不断提高思想政治教育者的素质水平等,是实现思想政治教育疏导的实践途径。

Dredging is a basic policy of ideological and political education. Persuasion highlights the goal and task of ideological and political education. The internal structure of persuasion is composed of the main body and the object,the composition,the medium and the catalyst. Adhering to the correct political direction and the combination of theory and practice,we should use various disciplines of theories and methods to realize the goal of ideological and political education.
