气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎中药湿热敷配合穴位艾灸中医护理干预观察

Observation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on Chinese herbs of chronic pelvic inflammation with Qi stagnant and blood stasis

目的:探讨中药湿热敷配合穴位艾灸治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎中医护理临床疗效。方法:选取60例门诊气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用口服中成药及TDP神灯物理理疗法干预,观察组采用口服中药颗粒联及中药盆腔炎热敷方进行湿热敷配合穴位艾灸法中医护理干预。7天为1个疗程,干预4疗程后对比两组患者临床症状缓解及治疗有效率。结果:干预4疗程后,观察组患者临床腰骶部疼痛坠涨症状显著缓解时间明显短于对照组,观察组疗程结束腹部盆腔积液彩超检查结果明显减少和完全消失占比明显高于对照组,说明观察组治疗有效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药湿热敷配合穴位艾灸中医护理干预,能显著改善气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者腰骶疼痛坠涨临床症状,促进盆腔积液吸收,提升治疗有效率,充分发挥中医护理服务优势。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflamma tory disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis combined with acupoint moxibustion. Methods： Sixty patients with chronic pel vic inflammatory disease were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine and TDP lamp physical therapy, and the observation group was treated wiih Oral Chinese Medicine Granules and Chinese medicine Pelvic Inflammation Hol applying Prescriptions. 7 clays was a course of treatment. After 4 courses of intervention, clinical symptoms and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results： After 4 courses of intervention, the clinical group had a signilicantly shorter ＂dine for significant clinical lumbosacral pain relief than the control group. In the observation group, the abdomen pelvic effusion at the end of the treatment period was significantly lower than the control group. The treatment in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and ＂the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of wet Chinese medicine with hot and Chinese dressings and acupuncture point moxibustion Chinese medicine nursing intervention can significantly improve the clini cal symptoms of lumbo spasm pain in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, pro mote the absorption of pelvic fluid, improve the treatment efficiency, and give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine nursing services.
