摘要
骨形态发生蛋白4(bone morphogenetic protein 4)是BMP家族的一员。1963年,美国的Marshall R.Urist从脱钙的骨基质提取物中首次分离出BMPs。骨形态发生蛋白能够同胚胎骨骼共同发生作用,从而形成蛋白质,能够在骨形成的多个阶段中产生作用,可贯穿全过程。除此之外,尤其是对中枢神经系统的发生。骨形态发生蛋白最终使骨细胞形成钙化骨组织,因此它被人们称为骨形态发生蛋白[1]。近年来随着研究的进一步深入,结果发现BMP4能调控人睾丸Sertoli细胞和卵巢的生理学功能,而且对于胚胎发育也至关重要。综上所述,BMP-4与人类的生殖能力息息相关,随着生殖医学的快速发展,对于生殖方面而言,BMP-4的研究价值更加受到重视,本文作者对此方面的相关研究进展作一综述。
