剖宫产术中挤压脐带对新生儿窒息、贫血及黄疸的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:本文主要对剖宫产术中挤压脐带对新生儿窒息、贫血及黄疸的影响进行探究。方法:本次探究选取2017年1月至2018年3月在本院行剖宫产出生的182例新生儿作为探究主体,按照新生儿出生顺序的奇偶性将新生儿分为研究组与对照组,每组新生儿91例,研究组新生儿行剖宫产术中挤压脐带,对照组新生儿行剖宫产手术中不对脐带进行挤压,观察两组新生儿窒息发生率、贫血情况以及黄疸发生率。结果:研究组新生儿窒息发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组新生儿黄疸各项指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患儿贫血情况与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:产妇行剖宫产术中挤压脐带对新生儿的健康有着重要意义,能够改善新生儿贫血以及黄疸的情况,同时能够降低新生儿的窒息率,该方法应在临床中积极推广。
