摘要 我国现行职工生育保护制度存在生育休假待遇标准不规范、不公平,生育休假的待遇设定考虑不够全面,生育休假方式欠缺灵活性,生育休假制度对女性平等就业的支持力不足等问题,生育休假制度的应有价值被削弱了。通过研究我国的职工生育保护制度,特别是其中的生育休假制度,总结我国职工生育保护工作的发展历程,分析生育休假制度现存问题,提出改进的思路和办法,能够为生育特别是职工家庭的生育提供更有力的保障,减少生育的后顾之忧,从而为实现我国人口政策提供助力。 The maternity insurance leave system has some problems. Its set of treatment is non standard, the rights and obli gations are not fairly distributed. Either, the system cannot be well adapted to the reality, and some specifications are not tea sonable. These problems weakened and limited the value of maternity leave system. Some efforts should be made to change and improve the situation. On the basis of the analysis and discussion above, suggestions and advices were put forward for birth in surance system. The government has been increasing its role in public health and social safety, which makes people feel less re strained to consume.
