摘要
为了进一步探讨案例教学法(CBL)联合问题教学法(PBL)在病理学教学中的作用,文章选取局部循环障碍的内容,以肺动脉栓塞为案例并针对这一案例提出问题进行课堂教学。结果表明CBL联合PBL能明显激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,较好地培养学生的分析问题和解决问题的能力,同时提高学生的临床思维能力。
In order to study the role of Case-based Learning (CBL) combined with the Problem-based Learning (PBL) in the teaching of pathology, the content of "local eirculatory disorders" in pathology was selected for teaching, with "pulmonary embolism" as the case. The result indicated that the teaching with CBL combined with PBL can stinmlate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and sinmltaneously improve students' clinical thinking.
