PBL教学法在临床专业基础化学实验课程中的应用探索

Application of PBL teaching method in basic chemistry experimental course of clinical specialty

基础化学实验是海军军医大学临床医学、麻醉学、护理学专业大一学生必修的一门实验课程,对于学生掌握基础化学实验的基本技能和方法,同时培养严谨、科学的实验态度和良好的综合素质尤为重要。PBL教学法是以问题为基础的教学方法,能加强学生学习的主动性、提高学生的学习兴趣、拓展学生的知识面、训练学生的思维能力,使教学活动处于积极互动的氛围中。为突破传统的"先讲后做"的教学模式,在近三年的基础化学实验教学中运用PBL教学法,结合自主性实验设计和信息化教学平台的应用,取得了良好的教学效果。文章从教学设计思路、具体实施步骤、存在问题和解决办法和效果总结讨论四个方面分析介绍了PBL法在临床专业基础化学实验课开展的实施方法和教学效果,以期为该课程教学质量的进一步提升提供思路和借鉴。

Basic chemical experiment, a required course for fl＇eshmen of clinical medicine, anesthesiology and nursing specialty, is especially important for them to master basic skills and methods of the basic ehemistry experiment, cultivate rigorous, scientific experiment attitudes and good comprehensive quality. PBL teaching method is based on the raising of problems, which can improve the students＇ learning interest, expand knowledge scope, strengthen learning initiative, cultivate students＇ thinking ability and keep the teaching activities in an atmosphere of positive interaction. To break through the traditional teaching mode of ＂teaching before doing experiments＂ , the authors used PBL teaching method, combined with independent experiment design and the application of infommtion technology teaching platform, and achieved good teaching effect. This paper introduces the implementation of the experimental method and the teaching effect of PBL method in clinical professional courses from four aspects ： the teaching designs, specific implementation procedures, problems and solutions and also the follow-up discussions in order to provide references for the further improvement of the teaching quality of this course.
