生物医学工程专业本科毕业生就业去向分析

社会需求是人才培养的目标,也是检验人才培养效果的标准,毕业生的就业情况很大程度上反映了人才培养的成果。文章以徐州医科大学生物医学工程专业为例,对近6届毕业生就业去向进行调查,根据调查数据分析影响毕业生去向趋势的因素,提出"以社会需求为导向,调整专业结构、人才培养方案,培养具有较强实践能力和创新精神,能够在生物医学工程领域、医学影像工程与技术、医疗设备以及相关电子技术、计算机技术和医学信息技术等领域从事研究、开发、应用、教学及管理的医工结合的复合型高级工程技术人才"。

As social needs are the target of personnel training and the standard to test the effect of talent training, the employnmnt of graduates, to a great extent, reflects the achievements of talent cultivation. Taking Xuzhou Medical University for example, this paper investigates and surveys the employment status of nearly 6 years of graduates in biomedical engineering, and analyses main affecting factors, and proposes structural adjustment and scheme optimization of cultivating interdisciplinary talents, who have strong practical ability and innovative spirit, and engage in research, development, application, teaching and management in biomedical engineering field, medical imaging engineering and technology field, medical equipment and related electronic technologyfield, computer technology and medical information technology field.
