基于文献计量的农村最低生活保障研究进展分析

Analysis of the Research Progress of Rural Minimum Living Security System Based on Bibliometrics Method

最低生活保障制度是消除农村贫困、促进农村经济发展制度安排,也是促进社会公平公正的重要保证,对社会经济发展起到"稳定器""减震器"的作用。通过检索CNKI数据库1996—2017年期刊中有关中国农村最低生活保障的论文,采用文献计量法和内容分析法,分别从发文量与年份分布、研究主题分布、作者情况分布、论文来源期刊分布等维度进行文献计量分析,结果表明:研究成果数量逐步增长、研究的深度与广度不足、研究成果分散且期刊档次不高、合作研究亟待进一步强化。

The rural minimum living security system is an important guarantee to eliminate rural poverty and promote economic development in rural areas. It is also an important guarantee to promote social fairness and justice,and plays a role of ＂stabilizer＂ and ＂shock absorber＂ in the development of social economy. Through the search of CNKI database Chinese papers about rural minimum living security system from 1996 to 2017 in the journal, using bibliometric method and content analysis method, from the distribution of posting volume and annual distribution, distribution of research topic, distribution of authors, Source distribution of papers, the journal distribution dimension of bibliometric analysis. The results show that： the number of research results gradually increases, the depth and breadth of research is insufficient, the research results are dispersed, and the grades of journals are not high-grade, so the cooperation research needs to be further strengthened.
