青岛市建立失智老人长期护理保险的几点思考

随着人口老龄化不断加快,失智老人逐渐成为社会各界共同关注的话题。当前,国家针对失能老人的长期护理保险正处于试点阶段,对失智老人总体保障水平较低。作为试点城市之一的青岛市在率先建立覆盖城乡的长期医疗护理保险制度的基础上,又试点将重度失智老人纳入长期护理保险范围。对重度失智老人长期护理保险的新探索,是青岛市不断完善老年护理需求的重要举措,国内外先进经验也为青岛构建失智老人长护保险提供了可行性建议。
