摘要
早期介入丹佛模式主张利用游戏来促进幼儿社会交往、情绪、沟通以及认知能力的培养,强调在与幼儿玩的过程中,通过密集、结构化和快乐的方式进行幼儿沟通、积极情感和社会关系建立技能的训练。该模式可以有效改善自闭症幼儿的认知和语言以及社交技能,使其大脑活动正常化,为家长及干预者提供了一种新的思路和选择。对早期介入丹佛模式在自闭症幼儿干预中的应用研究进行综述,梳理该干预策略所适用的干预的对象、模式、内容与效果,分析该方法的优势以及实施时可能碰到的困难,以期为国内相关研究和实践提供借鉴。
The Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) advocate using games to facilitate children's social communication, emotional, and cognitive ability. It focuses on the skills training of communication, positive emotion and social relationship building in play through the way of dense, structured training. This model can effectively improve the cognitive and language skills and social skills of autistic children, normalize their brain activity, and also provide a new choice for parents and interveners. In this paper, the Early Start Denver Model in young children with autism intervention were summarized, and application of combing the intervention strategies for intervention object, model, contents and effect, analysis of the advantages of this method may encounter difficulties and implemented, in order to provide reference for the domestic related research and practices.
