社会工作介入社区居家养老问题研究:基于甘肃省兰州市的服务实践

Social Work Intervening in Community Home-based Care Service for the Aged:A Study Based on the Practice of Lanzhou Gansu Province

当前和今后一个时期,由于家庭规模的缩小和社会的快速转型,我国社会的老龄化将呈现出高龄失能老人增长快、社会负担重、老年人家庭空巢化独居化加速和未富先老等特点,老年人特别是高龄、失能老年人的照料和康复护理服务需求迅速提高。因此,加快发展养老服务业,探索社区居家养老服务成为当务之急。文章基于社会工作介入社区居家养老的兰州实践,阐述了当前社会工作介入社区居家养老的服务现状,分析了实践过程中存在的现实困境,并基于此探讨和提出了社会工作进一步介入社区居家养老服务的构想和措施。

At present and in the coming period, due to the shrinking of the family size and the rapid transformation of society, the aging of our society will present a rapid increase in the number of elderly and disabled elderly people and a heavy social burden. The characteristics of family empty-nesting and old age before wealth are accelerated. The demand for care and rehabilitation nursing services for the elderly, especially the elderly, is increasing rapidly. Therefore, it is urgent to accelerate the development of pension services and explore community home-basod pension services. Based on the practice of social work involved in the care of the aged at home in Lanzhou, this paper expounds the current service practice of social work in providing for the aged at home in the community, and analyzes on the practical difficulties existing in the practice. Based on this, this paper discusses and puts forward the conception and measures of further social work intervention in community home pension service.
