摘要
根据机械产品模块化效益综合评价需要,建立了效益评价的过程参考模型和指标体系参考模型.从产品生命周期内的时间、成本、质量、用户满意度、环境友好性这5个指标出发,对机械产品模块化效益进行综合评价,并以豆浆机为例对评价方法进行了可行性验证.
Mass customization is the target of a new round industrial revolution such as Industry 4. 0. Mass cus tomization not only requires Intelligent Manufacturing tech- nology, but also modularization technology. Modularizationof products requires investment and time cost. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the modularization benefits of mechanical products. This paper establishes the process refer ence model and index system reference model to evaluate the modularization benefits of mechanical products. Based on the five indicators including product life cycle time, cost, quality, customer satisfaction and environmental friendliness, this paper implements a comprehensive evaluation of the modularization benefits of mechanical products, and the soy bean milk machine is uesd as a case to verify the feasibility of the evaluation program.
