摘要
针对制造型工厂中客户需求信息变更问题,以制造执行系统(MES)作为工具,实时、正确地将工程更改信息(ECN)传递到所需工位,并及时通知相关人员进行确认,以确保客户更改信息的准确执行.在MES中增设了计划触发式ECN自动绑定功能和即时提醒功能,以确保ECN信息的正确执行.
The demand of customer requirements always changes frequently, so, it seems vital important and directlyaffects company competition that how to accurately transfer those information to work place and make sure it＇s executed correctly. This paper is to find a way to transfer the ECN （engineering change notes） information to work site timely and correctly through using the tool of MES（Manufacturing Executive System）. The ECN automatic binding function and instant reminder function were developed in MES to ensure the correct implementation of ECN information.
