摘要
将电解加工与机械研磨相结合,利用两种工艺的加工优势提高抛光加工的效率和质量,用以解决难加工材料侧面的光整加工问题.针对自主设计的复合电极和喷液装置,通过正交试验分析得到了最佳工艺参数组合,即:加工电压为12V,进给速度为10mm/min,电极转速为140r/min,冲液流量为0.4L/min.经过分阶段复合抛光加工,工件表面由原始粗糙度2.76μm降到了0.17μm,达到了抛光效果.
In this study, electrolytic machining and me chanical grinding are combined to improve the polishing efficiency and polishing quality of the processing by combining the processing advantages of the two processes to solve the side finishing of difficult-to-machine materials, and to inde pendently design the composite electrode and the liquid ejection device. Through orthogonal test analysis optimization, the best combination of process parameters is obtained, namely, the processing voltage is 12 V, the feed rate is 10 ram/rain,the electrode rotation speed is 140 r/min, the flushing flow rate is 0.4 L/min,and the workpiece surface is processed by phased composite polishing. From the original roughness of 2.76 μm to 0.17 μm,the polishing effect was achieved.
