摘要 目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定无痛酚液中苯酚和达克罗宁含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠(pH 3.0)(60:40,V/V),检测波长:290nm,流速:1.0ml·min^(-1),柱温:常温,进样量:10μl。结果苯酚和达克罗宁的线性范围分别为997.80~2328.20、20.10~46.90μg·ml^(-1),平均回收率分别为102.45%、92.81%;RSD为1.68%、1.70%。结论该法简单方便、灵敏度高、重复性好、准确可靠,适用于医院制剂无痛酚液的含量测定和质量控制。 Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contentof phenol and dyclonine hydrochloride in painless phenol preparation.Methods The column was Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4(pH adjusted to 3.0 with H3PO4)(60∶40,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm.Results The calibration curves of phenol and dyclonine hydrochloride in painless phenol preparation were linear within the range of 997.80-2328.20μg·ml-1 and 20.10-46.90μg·ml-1.The average recovery was nearly 102.45%(RSD=1.68%)and 92.81%(RSD=1.70%)for phenol and dyclonine,respectively.Conclusion This method is simple,user-friendly,quick,accurate and reliable.It can be used for quality control and determination of phenol in painless phenol preparation.
