摘要 开发设计一套基于Lab VIEW的汽车悬架无线动态数据采集系统。利用数据采集卡NI9215的BNC接口实现与传感器的连接,通过通讯数据发射器NI WLS-9163实现与监控计算机的无线连接,基于Lab VIEW编写程序,完成汽车减震器压缩量数据实时采集、记录和回访功能,再通过对压缩量数据的计算分析,实时获取车辆轮胎跳动曲线、轮胎载荷谱以及车轮振动频谱曲线等信息。试验证明系统准确可行,符合实际情况,实现了车辆悬架系统动态数据的监控与分析,解决了传统数据采集模块布线困难、装机复杂等缺点,具有一定的实用性。 The wireless dynamic data acquisition system of automobile suspension was developed based on LabVIEW. The BNC interface of data acquisition card NI9215 was connected to sensors, the system was connected wirelessly to the monitor computer through the communication data transmitter NI WLS-9163. The real-time acquisition, recording and playback of dynamic vehicle shock absorber compression amount were accomplished by LabVIEW, and the compression data was calculated and analyzed, the tire jumping travel, tire load and frequency spectrum curve information were calculated and obtained real-time. The system was accurate and feasible, and it met the actual situation, and realized the monitoring and analysis of the dynamic data of the vehicle suspension system. The system has a certain practicality with solving the shortcomings of difficulty wiring and complexity mounting for traditional data acquisition module.
