基于图像传感器的CPN-PUF

摘要 物理不可克隆函数(PUF:Physical Unclonable Function)是一种新型的加密组件,具有不可克隆,不可预测以及难以特征化等特性。文章基于图像传感器的噪声特性,在光照响应不一致噪声PUF(PRNU-PUF:Photo-Response Non-Uniformity based PUF)的基础上进行了改进,提出了一种复合模式噪声PUF(CPN-PUF:Composite Pattern Noise based PUF),该PUF结合了图像传感器的固定模式噪声(FPN:Fixed-Pattern Noise)和PRNU的特性,相比于传统PRNU-PUF,具有安全性更高,特征相关性更明显,性能更好的特点。 Physical Unclonable Function(PUF) is a new type of encryption component, with characteristics of unclonable, unpredictable and difficult to characterize. In this article, improvements were made on the basis of Photo-Response Non-Uniformity based PUF(PRNU-PUF). Composite-Pattern Noise based PUF(CPN-PUF) is proposed. This PUF combines the image sensor's characteristics of PRNU and Fixed-Pattern Noise(FPN). Compared with traditional PRNU-PUF, CPN-PUF has better security, higher correlation, and better performance.
