Design of Intelligent Spraying Robot System in Vegetable Greenhouse

摘要 为解决蔬菜大棚在浇水、施肥、除病虫害方面的效率低、劳动强度大等问题,本文研发了一种能普遍应用于蔬菜大棚的智能喷洒机器人。它配置多种传感器,能进行自动巡检,按比例智能配制营养液,既能对蔬菜集体喷洒,又能对有需要的蔬菜进定点行识别喷洒,具有根部浇水和施肥、施叶肥、除病虫害等多种急需功能。该设计取代人工实现蔬菜大棚全自动化操作,主要包括浇水、施肥、除病虫害等机械性工作。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity in watering, fertilizing, and insect pests in the vegetable shed, an intelligent spraying robot, which can be widely used in vegetable greenhouse, was developed. It can be equipped with a variety of sensors to automatically patrol and compounded the nutrient solution according to the proportional intelligence. It can not only spray the vegetables collectively, but also identify the needed vegetables at the entry point. It has many needed functions, such as root watering and fertilizer application, fertilizer application, disease and insect pests. This design replaces the manual operation of vegetable greenhouses, including watering, fertilizing, pest and disease removal, and so on.
