Analysis of Rice Quality on Heilongjiang Different Areas

采集黑龙江3个地区的稻米,从稻米的外观品质性状考虑,测定其平均长度、平均面积、平均幅度、垩白粒率、垩白度等影响因素,然后对这些因素的数据进行单因素方差分析和多重比较,从而比较分析稻米不同地域品质情况。平均长度对稻米影响不显著;五常地区垩白度最大齐齐哈尔次之,佳木斯地区最小;齐齐哈尔和佳木斯地区的平均幅度最大,五常地区最小;齐齐哈尔和佳木斯地区的平均面积大于五常地区。

Heilongjiang rice in three areas were collected. Mensurate average length, average area, average magnitude,chalkiness rate,chalkiness degree were considered from the rice exterior quality traits. Then analysed these factors date with the single factor of variance and multiple comparisons so that can judge the rice quality. Everage length has less effect on rice quality. Chalkiness degree in Wuchang was highest. Qiqihar and Jiamusi were follow. Everage magnitude in Qiqihar and Jiamusi was higher than Wuchang. Everage area in Qiqihar and jiamusi was larger than Wuchang.
