摘要 "食品分析"课程是食品质量与安全专业的基础课程,对于学生专业技能的培养具有重要意义。在学习"食品分析"课程的过程中,要把握学科特点,做到勤于思考、对比分析、知行合一、学以致用,同时对教学改革提出了几点建议。 Food Analysis is a main course of food quality and safety specialty,which has great significance on the cultivation of students' professional skills. In the process of learning Food Analysis,we should grasp the characteristics of the subject,be diligent in thinking and comparative analysis,combine theory with practice and apply it to scientific research and social practice. At the same time,some suggestions on teaching reform were put forward in this paper.
