"产教融合,工学交替"是新时期下地方本科院校实现应用型大学转型发展的重要途径之一,是实现产业的技能化与学校教学的主体化相融合的关键举措。在充分地利用区域性应用型企业社会资源的同时,努力探索一种实习基地共享机制,形成国家政策支持下的创新创业的演练场,增强与促进创新创业人才的培养,从而实现学生、学校和企业等多方共赢的优势局面。

The personnel training mode of ＂production-education integration and engineering-learning alternating＂ is one of the important ways of realizing transformation and development of local college,and is key measure to realize the integration of industrial skills and the subjectification of school teaching. On the basis of effectively utilization of social resources of regional application enterprises, sharing mechanism of practice base should be explored to form training field of innovation and entrepreneurship training,which not only enhances and promotes the cultivation of innovation entrepreneurial talents,but also achieves the win-win situation of students,schools and enterprises.
