我国网络经济发展已进入高速运转后的平台调整期。互联网与传统文化行业过度自由化融合,造成个体网络行为在资本诱导下呈现出无序发展态势,网络事件与网络暴力问题频出并严重危害社会稳定和经济持续增长。文章拟以新型网络暴力行为为入手点,利用经济学相关理论深刻剖析资本禀赋的作用,从而为网络问题治理提供可行性建议。

China＇s network economic development has entered a high-speed operation after the platform adjustment period. Internet and traditional cultural industry over-liberalization, resulting in individual network behavior under the guidance of capital showing a disorderly development trend, network events and network violence problems and serious harm to social stability and sustained economic growth This paper intends to analyze the role of capital endowment from the theory of economics with the new network violence as the starting point, so as to provide feasible suggestions for the network problem management.
