“一带一路”倡议背景下如何提升广东外贸竞争力

Research on the Improvement of Guangdong Foreign Trade Competitiveness under“the Belt and Road”

在"一带一路"倡议背景下,广东作为海上丝绸之路的发祥地,积极投身于"一带一路"建设,努力提升外贸竞争力。文章首先分析广东外贸发展状况,并采用国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数、出口商品结构转化率对其贸易竞争力进行评价;采用"钻石模型"分析影响广东外贸竞争力的有利和不利因素;针对高级生产要素尚不足、高端科研人才短缺、民企核心竞争力不强等不利因素,提出几点建议:广东省政府应积极响应"一带一路"倡仪,通过政策鼓励支持,全面提高劳动力素质,优化外贸发展方式和产品结构,大力发展服务贸易;同时,广东企业应积极开拓新兴市场,提高企业的核心竞争力。

Under the background of ＂The Belt And Road＂initiative, Guangdong, as the birthplace of the maritime Silk Road, should actively participat in the construction of ＂The Belt And Road＂ and make ef forts to improve the foreign trade competitiveness. Firstly, the development status of foreign trade is analyzed.International market share index, trade competitiveness index and export commodity structure conversion rate are adopted to evaluate its trade competitiveness. Using ＂diamond model＂, this paper analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors influencing Guangdong verse factors include lacking of advanced factors of production, high foreign trade competitiveness.Ad end scientific research and talent and corporation core competitiveness is not strong. We suggest Guangdong government should actively response to ＂One Belt And One Road＂ strategy, by providing supportive policy to encourage and im prove the quality of the labor force, by optimizing foreign trade mode and product structure, and by vigorously developing trade in services. Meanwhile, Guangdong enterprises should actively explore e merging markets and improve their core competitiveness.
