替牙期唇腭裂患者牙槽突植骨术后的正畸疗效研究

Orthodontic Effect of Postoperative Alveolar Bone Grafting in Mixed Dentition Patients with Cleft Lip and Palate

目的:探讨替牙期唇腭裂患者牙槽突裂植骨术后正畸治疗的效果,为临床矫治方案的制定提供参考。方法:对2016年9月—2017年12月我院口腔正畸科收治的35例替牙期唇腭裂患者牙槽突植骨术后的正畸治疗进行回顾性研究,比较并分析矫正前后患者软、硬组织及咬合关系的变化。结果:经过11~15个月的矫正,除1例患者因配合问题中途放弃治疗外,其余患者均解除反,SNA、SNB、ANB、-NA、NA-PA、S-Ptm、Yaix、Eline-U在矫正后均发生显著变化,与矫正前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),原有凹面型侧貌外形明显改观。结论:替牙期唇腭裂患者牙槽突植骨术后的正畸治疗可以显著改善术后骨性Ⅲ类错畸形程度,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the orthodontic effect of postoperative alveolar bone grafting in mixed dentition patients with cleft lip and palate. Methods： Orthodontic treatment of 35 cases were retrospectively studied,the changes of soft,hard tissue and occlusion of patients before and after correction were analyzed. Results： After 10~ 15 months of correction,patients except one gave up the treatment because of coordination,the remaining were relieved; they had a significant improvement in their teeth and facial appearance. There were significant differences in SNA,SNB,ANB,-NA,NA-PA,S-Ptm,Yaix,Eline-U after the correction（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Orthodontic treatment of postoperative alveolar bone grafting can significantly reduce the degree of deformity of skeletal ClassⅢ malocclusion,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
