摘要
某石化公司炼油厂喷气燃料加氢装置在开工硫化及初期运行过程中,出现加氢进料换热器壳程换热终温低、反应进料加热炉升温速度慢及提负荷困难等问题。在运行一段时间后发现反应系统压力降上升,换热终温始终达不到设计值。通过模拟计算及停工拆解换热器等系列分析,最终查找到了开工及运行问题,并提出了改造反应进料加热炉、增加加氢进料换热器面积和增加注水设施等措施,使装置达到了设计负荷并实现了平稳运行。
Problems occurred during the startup and initial operation stages of the jet fuel hydrogenation unit in a petrochemicalcompany,such as low end temperature of shell side of heat exchanger in the inlet of hydrogenation unit, slow heating rate of reaction feed furnace and difficulty in lifting load, etc. After running for a period of time, it was found that pressure drop of reaction system was rising and end temperature of heat exchanger could not reach the design value. Probleby means of simulation, disassembly of heat exchanger and serial analysis. Corrective actions for achieving design load and realizing stable operation were put forward, such as modernization of reaction feed furnace,area expansion of exchanger in the inlet of hydrogenation unit and set up water injection facilities.
