摘要 为查明某化工厂蒸汽加热炉水冷壁炉管爆裂失效原因,利用扫描电镜等检测仪器,对失效炉管的内外壁微观形貌、腐蚀产物成分以及金相组织等进行了检测分析。结果表明:炉管长期高温氧化叠加频繁启停炉交变载荷产生的氧化疲劳裂纹是造成炉管爆裂的主要原因,炉管内外壁氧化层较厚以及金相组织珠光体球化是造成炉管爆裂的次要原因。 Wen96 underground gas storage is a supporting project of gas pipeline from Yulin to Ji' nan, which is used for seasonal peak adjustment and pipeline emergency. Technologies of gas injection and production which are appropriate for exhausted gas reservoir of central China were formed through analyzing operation characteristics and peak adjustment demand of the storage, in combination with gas reservoir type, working parameter and technology status of Yulin-Ji' nan pipeline network. The field practice proved the technology could satisfy peak demand, secure system running smoothly and provide reference for construction and operation of the same type of gas reservoir.
