摘要 从"双师型"教师培养模式与基本举措出发,分析当前"双师型"教师培养存在的主要问题,以及"双师型"教师及其培养与STEAM教育特征的内在关联,从STEAM中得出启示:"双师型"教师培养需要制定纵向与横向连贯的培养方案,关注供给侧需求,利用各种教学网络平台,关注专业理论与实践知识、教育学知识获得,教师不断更新知识。 Starting from the "double type" teacher training mode and basic measures, this paper analyses the main problems of "double type" teacher training at present, and the internal relationship between "double type" teacher training and the STEAM education characteristics, and gains enlightenment from STEAM, namely, a set of vertical and horizontal coherent plan should be established "double type" teacher training; the training should focus on the supply side needs; various network platforms should be used and we should pay attention to the acquisition of professional theory, practice knowledge and educational knowledge, and constantly update knowledge.
