辅导员是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,对学生成长成才有着重要的、不可或缺的作用[1]。依据辅导员队伍建设的相关政策文件,结合近年来的工作实践,从政治导向、关爱导向、问题导向、考评导向、就业导向等五个方面对高校辅导员作用发挥维度进行认识和思考。

The counselor is the organizer, implenlenter and guide of the daily ideological and political education and managenlent for college students, who plays an important and indispensable role in the growth and success of students. Based on relevant policies and documents on counselor construction work practice in recent years, this paper tries to develop a better understanding and thoughts on the role of college counselors from the following five aspects of political orientation, care orientation, problem orientation, evaluation orientation and employment orientation.
